Deputy Chief Kyle King has been a sworn Law Enforcement member of the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office since 1989. Prior to his current assignment of Deputy Chief, he served in the Criminal Investigations Section, where he managed all forensic operations for the agency as the Crime Scene Unit Supervisor. He has a B.A. in Management from Warner Southern College. He is an International Association for Identification Certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst and is a Certified Forensic Photographer.

Lieutenant Thomas Anthony Dissis retired from the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office in Florida after serving since 1992. The majority of his career he was assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division which included assignments in undercover narcotics, rape -robbery-homicide as well as crime scene investigations. Dissis currently serves as a lieutenant with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office in the state of Georgia. He earned a Masters Degree in Accountancy with a concentration in Forensic Accounting. He was previously an International Association of Identification Crime Scene Analyst.
